The Nev-Off rubber overhang ladder bumper is a expansion wedge system that locks the male style bumper in place with the tightening of a screw. Nev-Off prevents pool ladders from making gouges in concrete and fiberglass, rips in vinyl, or holes in plaster. Tighten the wedge and it is practically impossible to remove. Fits 1.9" OD ladders.
